Specialist - Agent Support

Responsibilities: Interact with agents via inbound telephone calls and emails to provide information and assistance Refer unresolved agent issues to a designated team member for resolution Responsible for input and accuracy of the agent knowledge base.
Work cross-functionally to engage, retain and expand agent relationship value

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Intermediate knowledge of email marketing platforms
